The Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) arm, the Sharjah Foundation to Support Pioneering Entrepreneurs (RUWAD), and Gracia Group have established a multi-field MoU through a strategic alliance.
The goal is to provide young people in the Emirate of Sharjah with greater autonomy, improve ideas about agricultural sustainability, and encourage entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. The development of national capabilities and knowledge in this space is another area of concentration for the partnership.
Hamed Al Hamed, CEO and Founder of Gracia Group, and Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of SEDD and Director of RUWAD, signed the memorandum of collaboration. Members of both organisations’ boards of directors and staff were present for the signing event.
The MoU would create a strategic alliance to encourage a spirit of entrepreneurship and ensure the long-term viability of the agriculture sector, according to SEDD Chairman Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud. In order to achieve food security and self-sufficiency, it seeks to educate people and spread the word about the significance of agricultural initiatives.
According to Gracia Group founder Hamed Ahmed Al Hamed, public-private partnerships are crucial for disseminating information to the general public. Plus, it opens doors for people to work together on small and medium-sized enterprises, which may greatly improve their performance when they follow investing principles
