Dubai hosted the HYROX DXB International Fitness Championship for the first time in the Middle East and Africa. Over 3000 athletes participated, with 15% coming from other countries. The event was held at Dubai World Trade Centre and organised with the Dubai Sports Council. Participants competed in various categories, including men’s and women’s professionals, doubles, singles, and athletes with disabilities. Winners qualified for the World Championship in Nice City, France, in June 2024. The Hyrox Championship is a global competition that aims to boost fitness levels and takes place in over 20 cities worldwide.
