Sheikh Hamdan bin Khalifa bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Honourary President of the Romanian Business Council, attended on Tuesday the reception hosted by Bogdan Octavian Badica, Ambassador of Romania to the UAE, on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

The event took place at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and was attended by several members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited to the country, senior officials, businessmen and members of the Romanian community residing in the UAE.

In his speech, Ambassador Bogdan emphasised the depth of the relations between Romania and the United Arab Emirates, commending the wise policies of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

He added that the UAE is considered an essential partner for Romania in the region, with both nations enjoying long-standing and robust relations that have witnessed continuous growth in recent years across various sectors.
