His Excellency Keith Pangeri, Head of Public Affairs at the Canadian Consulate in Dubai visited on Thursday the 25th edition of the Sharjah Islamic Arts Festival, which is organized by the Cultural Affairs Department of the Sharjah Department of Culture.
His Excellency Keith Pangeri and his delegation were received by Khaled Musalat, Chairman of the Festival’s Media Committee, as they visited the Sharjah Art Museum, reviewing the works of Arab and international artists, including Canadian works .
His Excellency Keith Pangeri praised the level of the various artistic works that demonstrate the beauty of Islamic arts, as the works reflected the festival’s slogan “Manifestations” through 29 exhibitions in the museum, commending the global status that the festival achieves which enhances civilizational dialogue among people.
His Excellency the Head of Public Affairs at the Canadian Consulate applauded the support and care given by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to culture and its diverse fields, including the arts, which have made Sharjah a global beacon of arts.
