Sharjah Council elections record 87 per cent voters’ turn out

Dr Mansour Mohammed bin Nassar, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Sharjah Consultative Council Elections and Head of the Legal Department of the Government of Sharjah, also announced the names of 25 winners out of total 192 male and female candidates who contested the elections to fill hal of the seat of the Council.

50% discount on traffic fines in Umm Al Qaiwain

In advance of the 52nd UAE Union Day celebrations, Umm Al Qaiwain authorities have introduced a 50% reduction on traffic fines incurred within the emirate. This initiative, implemented by the Umm Al Qaiwain Police General Command, extends the discount to all types of traffic violations committed in the emirate prior to November 1, 2023.
