The family group visa application allows parents and their children to apply for visas as a group through authorised travel agencies.

The distribution of this digital card began with the sending of a link to customers' smartphones via text messages. Holders of the card are required to present it when visiting RTA's service outlets in order to enjoy a range of benefits. Currently, the initial batch of 40,000 customers has received this card, with plans for subsequent batches to be distributed in the near future.
