Dubai: RTA issues Premium Customer Card with benefits

The Premium Customer Card has been introduced by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai for its esteemed corporate and individual clients. The distribution of this digital card began with the sending of a link to customers’ smartphones via text messages. Holders of the card are required to present it when visiting RTA’s service outlets in order to enjoy a range of benefits. Currently, the initial batch of 40,000 customers has received this card, with plans for subsequent batches to be distributed in the near future.

The Premium Customer Card offers several advantages to its holders. These include Fast Track access to services at RTA’s outlets, prompt response to inquiries and phone calls through the Call Centre, exclusive vehicle inspection and registration services, as well as invitations to participate in various RTA events.

The beneficiaries of the Premium Customer Card are customers who regularly engage in RTA’s events and surveys, as well as those who initiate and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing RTA services across different channels. The allocation of these Premium Cards to customers was based on the analysis of demographic and behavioral patterns of clients, with the aim of understanding their needs and expectations regarding RTA’s services and delivery channels.
