This prestigious rating, which celebrates the airline’s excellence, was announced on September 20th at the APEX Awards Ceremony in Long Beach, California.
The APEX Five Star Airline Awards are based on unbiased feedback and insights provided by passengers themselves, in collaboration with TripIt® from Concur®, an acclaimed travel organization app. For the 2024 Awards, passengers from all over the world rated nearly one million flights, covering over 600 airlines, using a five-star scale. Professional external auditors independently certify the awards.

Etihad’s commitment to excellence is further evidenced by its upcoming expansion plans, with the launch of three new destinations. Flights to Dusseldorf will commence on September 28th, Copenhagen on September 29th, and Osaka on October 1st. Additionally, Etihad has been increasing flight frequencies on various routes across Europe and Asia, resulting in enhanced convenience for travelers.
