Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah to deliver keynote address as Guest of Honor at 2024 AIM Congress in Abu Dhabi

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, will be Guest of Honor and a Keynote Speaker at the Opening Ceremony of the 13th edition of the AIM Congress, scheduled to be held under the theme ‘Adapting to a Shifting Investment Landscape: Harnessing New Potentials for Global Economic Development,’ from May 7th to 9th, 2024, with participation of 900 speakers from around the world.

H.H. Sheikh Saud’s participation at AIM Congress highlights the significance of hosting such international events and their role in bolstering the UAE’s strategic standing on the global investment landscape.

It also underscores H.H.’s belief that events like AIM Congress play a pivotal role in uniting international endeavors and fostering collective action to tackle shared global challenges such as climate change, global imbalances, and developmental disparities. This collective effort contributes significantly to propelling global economic development, prosperity, and sustainability.

Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, emphasised that the inclusion of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi as a Keynote Speaker at the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 AIM Congress underscores H.H.’s commitment to advancing international endeavors aimed at fostering collaboration to boost the investment environment and economic progress, thereby enriching global prosperity.

Al Zeyoudi added that the 2024 AIM Congress highlights the flourishing investment environment in the UAE and its sustainable development journey, as well as its role in solidifying its position as a preferred investment destination for international investors. He pointed out the significance of the event and its role in enhancing the UAE’s strategic position on the global investment map.

The 2024 AIM Congress, supported by the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development as the lead partner, brings together more than 100 ministers, mayors, central bank governors, and heads of financial institutions, along with, 11 global financial markets, 50 unicorns, 300 exhibitors, and over 12,000 participants from 175 countries worldwide.

It features 27 joint events organized in collaboration with 330+ local, regional, and international partners.

The AIM Congress, in its 13th edition, offers numerous opportunities for investors, businessmen, and investment firms from around the world to connect and explore specialized investment projects in various fields through 450 dialogue sessions and 7 high-level roundtable meetings.
