Damac Properties has recently announced the inauguration of its new shopping and retail destination, Damac Mall, in Dubai. The formal ceremony was held on September 1, 2023, in the presence of Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Sales and Development at Damac Properties. The mall, situated in the Damac Hills community, spans over an area of 110,000 square feet and offers a diverse range of retail, hospitality, and entertainment options. It is expected to become a hub for luxury and innovative shopping experiences, featuring both local and international brands, including 30 retail stores and 10 food and beverage outlets.
In her statement regarding the opening, Amira Sajwani expressed her confidence in the mall’s ability to cater to the needs and desires of the Damac Hills community. She emphasized Damac Group’s commitment to providing the best shopping experiences for residents and seamless access to community facilities. The mall’s contemporary architecture and luxury finishes, along with its adherence to the latest international standards in design and equipment, make it a unique and sophisticated destination.
Following the official opening ceremony, several outlets were launched, including Spinneys supermarket, Starbucks café, Papa John’s restaurant, Vietnamese Foodies, American Wax, Jaber Opticals, Al Ain Pharmacy, and Lingo children’s play area. Soon, a 9,000-square-foot Fitness First gym and an 8,000-square-foot MediCare medical center will also be opened. With its diverse offerings, it is expected that Damac Mall will attract approximately 1.3 million visitors annually. The mall also boasts a large parking area with a capacity of up to 360 cars.
