In his statement, Talal Mustafa Al Hashemi, Board Member of the Fatima bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy, said that the initiative aims to foster sports excellence and offer Emirati women the environment to develop, compete, and gain valuable experience. This vision aligns with the guidance of H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation.
