Kuwait oil price up 12 cents to US$82.56

The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by 12 cents to US$82.56 per barrel on Monday from US$82.44 pb last Friday, said the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Tuesday.

Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported that Brent Crude prices, at the global markets, climbed $2.01 to reach US$81.36 per barrel on Monday. Similarly, West Texas Intermediate prices witnessed a $2.21 increase, reaching US$77.74 per barrel.
