The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has begun allocating new residential units in Dubai, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This initiative is part of their efforts to improve the living standards of citizens and promote social cohesion in the emirate. MBRHE has unveiled 136 modern residential villas in the Al Warqaa Fourth area, covering an area of 728,510 square feet. This project adheres to the highest standards of urban planning and is a part of Dubai’s long-term plan for 2040. Construction began at the beginning of last year. According to His Excellency Omar Hamad BuShihab, CEO of MBRHE, the completion of these villas is one of the institution’s initiatives to address the housing needs of citizens and develop integrated communities with superior urban planning standards. This project aligns with Dubai’s vision to improve the quality of life and welfare of its citizens over the next two decades. The CEO also mentioned that MBRHE is actively working on various residential projects across Dubai to ensure sufficient housing and amenities in accordance with the Dubai 2040 Urban Plan. Their goal is to maintain world-class standards, promote social stability, and provide a dignified life for citizens and their families. The project covers an area of 728,510 square feet, with a total construction area of 511,250 square feet. The architectural designs of the villas are diverse, catering to the preferences of citizens. The development focuses on optimizing both indoor and outdoor spaces, reflecting MBRHE’s commitment to premium housing services. Each villa has two floors and a unique exterior facade, with paved and landscaped interiors. The ground floor includes a family hall, kitchen, maid’s room, laundry room, and a guest room, creating a versatile living space. The first floor consists of four bedrooms, each with individual services, providing a harmonious blend of shared and personal spaces.
