Netherlands hosts last round of UAE President Cup for Arabian Purebred Series on Sunday

The Duindigt Racecourse in The Hague, Netherlands, will host on Sunday the final leg of the European stages of the 31st edition of the UAE President Cup for Arabian Purebred Classic Series.

The prestigious Cup series, held under the support and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, aligns with the UAE’s ongoing commitment to preserving the legacy of Arabian horses as a cherished pillar of the nation’s cultural heritage.

The 11th round of the UAE President Cup Series in the Netherlands will see the participation of a distinguished group of elite horses, stables, and Arabian horse breeders from the Netherlands and across Europe. The 2,150-metre Group 3 race features horses aged 4 and above.

Faisal Al Rahmani, General Supervisor of the UAE President Cup for Arabian Purebred Classic Series, expressed his delight with the successes achieved across all European stages.

The series, he said, has logged great achievements, especially as it was held in countries that share a strong and mutual interest with the UAE in developing competitive Arabian horse racing, and in raising the profile of the sport, citing France, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Kazan in Russia, Germany, and Türkiye.
