Led by Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA), a delegation from the SAA visited the Passenger Terminal Conference 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany, held from April 16 to April 18.
The visit to this leading international exhibition and conference on airport design and operation is part of the Sharjah Airport Authority’s commitment to keeping up with the latest technological innovations and advanced infrastructure in this sector and to exchange advanced ideas and experiences with industry leaders participating in the event. It aims to listen to views and visions on the topics discussed by speakers and experts, contributing to achieving the airports’ goals of achieving a balance between growth, sustainability, and striving to ensure operational efficiency of services based on new technology.
The SAA’s team made sure to engage in enriching dialogues with many top officials from companies that were present at the expo, discussed opportunities, and prospects for cooperation and partnership with them. This enhances Sharjah Airport’s pursuit of providing the best experience for its traveling customers, ongoing development of its facilities, operations, and services designed for them, and aligns with its strategy to be among the top 5 regional airports in offering a safe travel experience and leading services to all stakeholders.
