The relative humidity is high, 70-90 percent in the coastal areas of the UAE 

 Dubai: Residents of the United Arab Emirates can expect partly cloudy and foggy conditions with rain in some parts of the country on Monday. 

 According to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM), sunny and partly cloudy weather will prevail across the country. In addition, the NCM predicted a possible westward movement of rain clouds in the afternoon. 

 But be careful if you have a dust allergy and go outside, as the NCM warned: “Light to moderate winds, 15-25 at  0 km/h, will cause  dust and sand to blow in places.” 

 The highest temperature in the country is expected to be 

2-5 degrees and the lowest temperature is 22-28 degrees. 

 The highest temperatures are 38-

3 degrees in coastal areas and 30-36 degrees in  mountainous areas.
